All orders are placed and pre-paid online. The customer selects the pick-up day and time window when ordering. Orders are scheduled and produced according to the due dates and times selected at time of ordering. If customer misses a pick-up window, the order is automatically converted to porch pick-up. Porch pick-up is referred to as an order that is left in a designated area for the customer to retrieve without having contact with the seller. Porch pick-up orders will be available for 24 hours in their designated spots before being returned to the kitchen for storage. Once items are returned to the kitchen and wrapped for storage to retain freshness, an additional fee will be charged each day for this storage. The fee is based of how large the order is that is being stored. Additional storage fees are collected at time of pick up. Orders that are not picked up by their fresh by date will be discarded. If an order has multiple items there may be different and/or multiple fresh by dates. Refunds or discounts are not given on orders that are not picked up.
